This is a simulation. It shows the shape of what happens after training, and the numbers are illustrative. It is not a forecast of your results. Curves follow the classic Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, where memory drops fast and then levels off. Each well-timed retrieval both restores memory and slows the next drop, which is the spacing effect.
Programs differ in how fast skills fade and how long people need to stay above the "usable" line before a behavior becomes habit. Rarely used skills, like compliance rules, fade fastest.

Every organization is different. Where does yours stand?
Most organizations sit somewhere between the curves you just explored. Take the maturity assessment to see where you are on reinforcing live training, and what it's returning.
